TERMS OF SERVICE
By becoming a client, you understand and agree to the following:
* You are eighteen years of age or older. Please be advised I do not work with individuals under that age.
* Intuitive impressions are about possibilities. They are not predictions nor are they certainties. Therefore, no guarantee of results or outcome is implied. Also, since you are a person of free will and because your development and achievement is contingent on your decisions and actions, as well as, other outside, unknown factors, no guarantee of success is promised or implied.
* I am not a medical professional, attorney, financial adviser or licensed counselor. If you are in need of these services, please seek them directly. My sessions are not and never will be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis and treatment from a license professional.
* All sessions are for your personal and spiritual growth.
* Since you are a human being who has free will and are fully responsible for your decisions and actions on those decisions, you agree to not hold me, Elaine Lockard, nor my company, NEWPATHFORLIFE, LLC, responsible for any outcomes or results from your decisions and actions.
PAYMENT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All services are to be paid for in advance before being provided.
PLEASE NOTE – If you pay by an eCheck on Paypal, it can take up to two weeks for the funds to clear and be transferred to my account. NO SERVICES will be provided until the funds have cleared and confirmation of this is received from Paypal. If an appointment has already been scheduled, it will be re-scheduled until after the funds are cleared and received.
I do not offer refunds on completed services for any reason. Also, refunds are not given for non-cancellation, no-shows for appointments. Prorated refunds are given on any unused portion of a multiple session purchase and will be calculated using the full value price.
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least fourty-eight (48) hours in advance.
I have these policy provisions because of the necessary time I must spend prior to every appointment in preparation.
All information provided by you prior to and during our appointments are strictly confidential.
PURCHASING AND SESSION PROCEDURES
To inquire about any service or product or to purchase coaching, please call my office at 757-877-1440 M-TH between 9am and 5pm Eastern time or contact me directly through my Contact Page.
For all other purchases, please follow the directions on the page to make your purchase.
All services must be paid for in advance and all monies processed and cleared before the service is rendered. Please see note above in Payment Section!
Please make sure the e-mail address and phone number you provide are valid because it is the only way for me to contact you to schedule your service.
For all purchases that require additional information or an appointment to be scheduled, I will contact you within 3 business days. Because technical glitches can occur, if you do not hear from me within this time frame, please contact me through my Contact page since I may not be aware that a problem exists with my systems.
For your appointment, please call me promptly, unless otherwise stipulated, at the time of your appointment at the phone number I will provide you. Calls can be conducted via Skype. Please make a record of our call and the number on your calendar and be on time. Please be in a quiet place away from distractions, and have a pen and paper handy. It is recommended you prepare your questions ahead of time to make sure you remember to ask all that you wanted since I may not be able to respond to them later after the session.
At present, recordings are NOT available for calls or consultations.
