I am a practical person and my working style reflects this as well as incorporating the more esoteric aspects of spirituality. I can walk the line between both, touching each clearly and simultaneously, to give you a deeper, more overall vision and understanding of you and your process and path.

I bring to the table over 38 years in the business arena with vocations mostly in the service industry.  I have owned businesses, worked for corporations, been a trainer, independent contractor, and consultant.  In addition, I am a Natural Professional Intuitive and Medium and have studied and honed my gift for over 25 years.  My credentials also include:

• BA in Sociology from Christopher Newport University
• Certified Coach from Coach Training Alliance
• Certified Metaphysician and Healing Practitioner

I am also the author of the e-book “21 Ways to Ease Foot Pain”, based on my personal research to ease my chronic foot condition, and am a contributor to various blogs and publications.

Additionally, as the caregiver to my family and having personal knowledge of chronic pain and disability, I understand deeply the commitment, dedication, creativity, compassion and perseverance needed to deal with and overcome daily obstacles present in people’s lives. I bring many of these qualities of character to each and every coaching and mentoring opportunity I have.
