Well it’s finally here; my first book! It’s called “21 Ways to Ease Foot Pain” and that is exactly what it contains.
I have had chronic pain in my feet for 15 years. I have researched and tried many different therapies and treatments and of those, these 21 are the ones which worked best for me. Instead of holding onto the information I collected, I decided to put it into this book and make it available to everyone.
In this e-book, I not only cover treatments to ease your pain but ways to prevent foot pain as well. Additionally, I discuss how and why seemingly unrelated pain in other areas of your body may be contributing to and, possibly, even causing your foot pain. Did you know back pain can cause foot pain? And I have included simple exercises and stretches that would benefit everyone when done daily.
