Why Have a Business Plan

by Elaine Lockard on April 1, 2010

When starting a business, there are many details you must consider.  As stated in my previous article, one of the first things to be done is writing a business plan.  You must have a clear plan for what you are doing and how you are going to do it.  You will find you waste a lot less time and energy with a plan.

I recently read a series of articles called “An Introduction to Business Plans” by Fran McCully of Your Administrative Solutions about the whys and hows of a business plan.  I invite you to read them since she has explained the importance so well.

Stay tuned for the next article in this series.

THANK YOU Elaine for this. Just so happens I was talking with Becky last night and we were discussing the creation of business plans and ‘lo and behold, I come to your site and guess what I find! LOL

Thanks again, this is very timely information.

In Gratitude,
